Derek's aim is to create a world class design resource to aid in the transformation of the businesses, brands and reputations of Saatchi & Saatchi clients. Design is integral within Saatchi & Saatchi and embraces every facet of their organization.  Derek's responsibilities include the enhancement of the design capabilities at Fahrenheit 212, Saatchi & Saatchi 's Innovation company, who use design as a means of bringing concepts to life, involvement with Saatchi & Saatchi X, whose expertise is turning Shoppers to Buyers.  And of course helping expand the considerable expertise already within the Group.  Derek sits on the Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide Creative Board and most recently was responsible for the design of the best selling business book Lovemarks - the future of brands.
